Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping delivers in 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Subscribers get free shipping on every delivery regardless of order size. For orders under $75, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. The tracking is usually active within 24 hours. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Currently US-only. We're working on international shipping, sign up for the newsletter to hear when we expand to your region.

60-day satisfaction guarantee. If a serum doesn't work for you within 60 days of delivery, email hello@sevoskin.care and we'll refund the order. No restocking fee, no fine print.

Inspect your order on delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@sevoskin.care with a photo and your order number, we'll replace it or refund you immediately. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.
